Mercedes-Benz launches the sales release for the new and second – GLA Generation (H 247) next Tuesday, 11. February 2020. The start of sales, there are a total of seven different engine options. First deliveries start from the beginning of April 2020.
The start of sales, no GLA 35 4MATIC or the GLA 250 e
To release for Sale, Mercedes will be offering-Benz is expected to be seven different engine variants of the GLA, both with petrol as well as diesel variants with and without 4MATIC all-wheel drive. In Detail, the following variants are to be expected:
- GLA 200 d with 8G-DCT
- GLA 200 d 4MATIC with 8G-DCT
- GLA 220 d with 8G-DCT
- GLA 220 d 4MATIC with 8G-DCT
- GLA 200 7G-DCT
- GLA 250 with 8G-DCT
- GLA 250 4MATIC with 8G-DCT
Further engines for the new GLA-Generation follow shortly afterwards, also the already shown GLA 35 4MATIC. As a top of the range is the 421-HP GLA 45 S 4MATIC+ variant is to be expected.
The petrol engines in the GLA (M-282 and M-260) has, as expected, with particle filter, wherein it is equipped with the M-282 – as GLA 200 (and later also in the GLA 180) – in addition to with cylinder-deactivation.
Standard equipment still with Halogen headlights
While offering the standard model, the new GLA Generation on 17″ alloy wheels (optional to 21″), it is supplied with Halogen headlights. LED light, or MULTIBEAM LED remains optional, which was to be expected in terms of the US market but to.
The start of sales, is expected to be both a Business to expect the package and for a limited time, a Start-up package (including EASY PACK tailgate) – as well as the usual “Edition 1” special edition for the launch of a new model series.
